I ship orders once a week, but I’m only one person and orders may take up to one or two weeks to be processed!

• spanish orders usually take 1-7 days to arrive

• international orders can take from 7 days to 1-2 months to arrive

Please contact me with your name / order number if it hasn’t arrived within that time.

to garantee orders arriving, all orders are shipped with tracking. You can check your shipping status writing your tracking number on the GLS web

If you haven’t reveived your order within 1-2 months, please contact me via email.

Please make sure to write all your address info correctly to avoid mailing mistakes. I don’t do refunds, I can only offer for a new package to be shipped if the order arrives notably damaged, but note that shipping costs may have to be paid again.

due to several shipping issues / mistakes and new rates, I decided to only allow tracked shipping from now on. It’s a little more pricier but your order won’t be missing due to any shipping or address mistake. I highly reccomend to write your phone number in case there’s any missing info or delivery problem the carrier is able to contact you
